Hannah Augenstein

Hannah was born and raised in Warren County, and has been a lifelong resident of this beautiful community ever since. Dancing competitively for 14+ years through Linda/Molly Dies’ Dance Express, she has learned countless valuable life lessons in self discipline, hard work, dedication, and ambition. Hannah has further enhanced her initiative and leadership skills by continuing to serve as a dance instructor and choreographer at the studio. She enjoys getting to be a part of the thriving, cultural aspect of our county, by participating in performances at the historical Struthers Library Theatre, as well as numerous other local and regional events.

Through 5+ years working in customer service as a waitress, frequently returning “regulars” appreciate Hannah’s attention to detail, timely yet accurate service, and kind personality. She desires to put all of these same skills acquired over the years to good use by providing her future real estate clients with complete client satisfaction.

Hannah has always had a passionate interest in homes and land, appreciating the character, architecture, craftsmanship, and pure beauty each one has to offer. She recognizes that even the smallest details can be what makes a house truly feel like home! Surrounded by the Allegheny National Forest and situated along the scenic Allegheny River, Warren County and its nearby regions have so much natural beauty with something for everyone to enjoy. She is very excited about kickstarting her real estate career and helping her future clients recognize and achieve their homeowner goals! With a strong work ethic, Hannah plans to go above and beyond, tackling any challenges she may face while assisting her clients.
